Standard Fasteners
We manufacture standard bolt to BS, ISO, DIN, ANSI, SAE, BIS and JIS Standards.
The size range for bolt is M5 to M52 in metric standard and 1/4" to 2" in non-metric standard. Length range is based on diameter and it covers 8 mm to 300 mm or 1/2" to 12" for bolt.
Special Range of Bolt
Manufacturers and suppliers of industrial fasteners includes cylinder head bolt / studs, hub / wheel bolt, connecting rod bolt, main bearing cap bolt, wheel studs, two piece wheel nuts, track shoe bolt, two wheeler spindles etc. Extensive use of SPC techniques and continuous investments in new machinery, state-of-the-art measuring equipment and advanced manufacturing processes help in development of new range of special fasteners.
Surface Finish
We currently offer a range of surface finish options such as gun barrel (as heat treated and oiled), zinc phosphating, zinc plating with white, yellow, green and black passivation. We also offer fluoro carbon and dacromet coating with various topcoats.
Centre Bolt & U- Bolt
U Bolts of all types, grades and sizes:-
1) The choice of materials is determined by the required SAE Grade and the size of the material and its harden ability. We produce U-Bolts in SAE Grades 2, 3, 4 and 8.
2) Grade 2 U-Bolts are produced from cold drawn or hot rolled low carbon steels.
3) Grade 3-UBolts are produced from cold drawn medium carbon steels.
4) Grade 5 U-Bolts are produced from a carbon manganese alloy steel. All grade 5 and 8 U-Bolts are heat treated.

The process of Manufacturing
We have a strong and comprehensive infrastructure, which facilitates the entire process of manufacturing. Our infrastructure is comprised of latest machines and highly experienced experts. The machines function with high level of time & cost efficiency resulting in reasonable price for the customers.
Following is a stage wise division of the manufacturing process:
? Round bar steel is brought into our facility in truckload quantities.
? The steel is sheared to length.
? One end is heated by induction furnaces.
? The head is forged by an upsetter.
? Threads are either cut or rolled.
? The product is heat treated or galvanized as required.
? The product is packed & shipped to our customers
Channel Nut Assembly & Spring Nut Assembly
Sunil Industries Spring Nuts are produced to comply with the requirements of BS6946 'Metal Channel Support Systems' The Spring Nuts are zinc plated to BS3382 Part 2 and can be used with all 41 mm wide channel which complies with BS6946. For maximum load capacity M12 channel nuts should always be used.
Our Channel Spring Nuts are also available in UNC/UNF/BSW Threading with sizes - 1/4", 3/8", 5/16" & 1/2" Top Grip Nuts are also available.
CHANNEL SPRING NUTS & FLAT PLATE BRACKETS:- Flat Plate Brackets are made of 6mm thick mild steel complying with BS970, BS1449. They are hot dip galvanised and bright zinc plated meeting standards BS729. After fabrication holes are 14mm diameter fit for 12mm hex head screws. Alternative finishes available on request
